The Zenith Team Experience is a high-performing team development series designed to utilize your organization’s number one untapped competitive advantage―TEAMWORK.
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team™, The Zenith Team Experience addresses 5 key elements required to develop your high performing team. Experiencing a lack of trust within your team? Do you feel as though you don’t embrace conflict? Struggle to commit to a decision? Refuse to hold others accountable for their work? Do you prioritize personal achievements over your team’s accomplishments? Overcome all five barriers to success and achieve Zenith Status.
Corporate retreats are typically fun but uninformative, or vice versa―but the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
Imagine simulating the launch mission of a team of astronauts AND acquiring new skills you can apply in your everyday team interactions. With the U.S. Space & Rocket Center and its internationally-known educational program, Space Camp®, and Transcend’s world class leadership development, this is one corporate program you do not want to miss.
Discovery – Introduction
Launch yourself into the world of high-performing teams with our taster day. Understand the model based on Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the importance of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Can your team successfully navigate a space shuttle mission from launch to landing? Complete Discovery to begin your ascent to Zenith status.
Eclipse – Trust
Just as the moon blocks the sun during an eclipse, your team’s lack of trust is blocking its success. This is where a high-performing team begins. Once team members are completely transparent with one another and exhibit vulnerability-based trust, the team can thrive through a discussion of ideas and constructive conflict. Put your team’s trust to the test by taking a leap off our 30-foot pamper pole and break through the Eclipse.
The Great Red Spot – Conflict
Conflict is a bad thing, right? WRONG. An unfiltered constructive debate of ideas is key to a cohesive team. Test your team’s resolve, patience, and unity as you work together to solve the challenges presented by our low elements course. Embrace The Great Red Spot and control the storm that’s paramount to your team’s success.
Atlantis – Commitment
Space shuttle Atlantis had no ejection seats and neither does your team. Commitment is about ensuring your team members have complete buy-in to the decision, but understand that commitment does not always equal consensus. Challenge your team’s commitment as you emulate U.S. Special Forces by tackling a customized covert SEAL ops mission. Do you have what it takes to be on board Atlantis?
Control Center – Accountability
At Mission Control, everyone is depending on you, but it’s also their job to ensure they’re holding you accountable for your work. Accountability in the Zenith Team Experience is not about personal accountability, but peer-to-peer―you must hold one another accountable. Put this to the test while piloting F16 fighters with our customized Aviation Challenge® program and develop your team’s Control Center.
Lift-off – Results
A team’s results rely heavily on personal agendas and ego’s being checked―individual results take a back seat in the pursuit of team success. Understand your role and assist your crew as your team takes control of a space shuttle mission from launch to landing. Lift-off as you share astronaut’s experiences in the most realistic simulator available.
